The campus shares Eastlake's growing faith community with other congregations planted in the area, including Awaken Church | EASTLAKE CAMPUS. Theological instruction follows the Westminster Confession of Faith and Catechisms, with expository preaching that works through biblical texts in a systematic verse-by-verse format. Regional conferences and multi-congregation gatherings draw PCA members from across the Harbor Church network's seven San Diego-area campuses, utilizing Eastlake's event infrastructure including spaces such as The Venue at Eastlake. The Hunte Parkway campus operates with approximately 80 congregants under the PCA's elder-led session governance model, maintaining connections to sister Harbor campuses in downtown San Diego, Mira Mesa, La Jolla UTC, Encinitas, Mid City, and Uptown.
