The brewery's partnership with the San Diego Padres places its Sunset Slam hard kombucha inside Petco Park, and a collaboration with Southwestern College feeds students into its brewing-science production line. The morning-after recovery crowd along Lane Avenue includes single-origin roasters such as Heave Ho Coffee Co, whose Eastlake tasting room operates on the same artisan-beverage model. The on-site 15-barrel brewhouse ferments at controlled temperatures between 64°F and 72°F across stainless-steel conical tanks, producing roughly 1,800 barrels per year for distribution to five taproom locations.
