Faith Community Church in Carlsbad's Rancho Carrillo neighborhood is a non-denominational congregation planted in 1996 by Emmanuel Faith Church of Escondido. Before constructing its permanent 3.5-acre campus on Rancho Pancho, the congregation spent years worshipping at temporary sites including the Boys & Girls Club Carlsbad Bressi Clubhouse while developing the land that would become its home. The church passed through four interim locations over 18 years — six in Del Mar and five in Encinitas — before opening the permanent facility near Poinsettia Park in February 2015. Creation Kids, the age-graded children's ministry, runs dedicated programming from preschool through fifth grade, complementing the early-childhood landscape in the 92009 corridor alongside institutions like Carlsbad Country Day School. The Rancho Pancho campus includes a purpose-built worship hall, a separate children's education wing, and an outdoor courtyard configured for seasonal community outreach events and weekly fellowship gatherings.
